- Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund will not include shipping costs.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the person making the return.
- If you are shipping an item over $100, it would be a good idea to use a trackable shipping service (such as Priority Mail from USPS) or purchasing Shipping Insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
We will notify you via email after we receive your return. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It could take up to Fourteen (14) business days to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If fourteen business days have elapsed since you received an email notifying you of our approval of your return and you have not received your refund first check the account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before the return is officially posted to your account.
