- 2 oz. Gin
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Vermouth
- Green Cocktail Olive or Lemon Twist
Add gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice. Stir then strain into a chilled martini glass. Add olive or run the lemon peel around the rim, twist is over the martini and add it to the martini. If you would like it even more dry than this recipe, you could pour the vermouth to the glass and swirl it around to coat then empty the glass and add the stirred gin and garnish.
