Shipping

Once you complete your order you will receive a confirmation email and your order is ready for processing. Orders are processed during regular business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm). Orders placed on the weekend or after hours will begin processing the next business day. Our goal is to have all orders processed within 24 hours, though it’s usually much less than that.

Depending on what you’ve ordered, your order is sent to one of three warehouses during regular business hours. After the order is sent to the warehouse, they pick the items in your order, create a shipping label and packing slip and send it out to you. Order handling times at the warehouses vary but most orders are in the hands of the carrier within 48 hours (business days only). Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For Standard shipping please allow 4-10 business days for delivery.

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive the items you ordered in a timely fashion however there are occasionally weather events (e.g. hurricanes, blizzards, wildfires, etc.) that impede shipping.

After an order has been processed, rerouting, redirecting or canceling the order is not possible. If you would like to return your order, please see our return policy. Refusal of delivery of non-damaged goods will result in a return delivery fee that will be deducted from your purchase return.
