This is my best guess at the incredible Ginger Sidecar they serve at The Last Hurrah. You could buy ginger syrup, but it is easy enough to make yourself.
- 2oz. Brandy (Hennessey V.S.)
- 1oz. Cointreau
- 1/2oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Ginger Syrup
Shake the ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker and strain into a well-chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
